Return and Refund Policy

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed on our website. We reserve the right to amend these Terms as necessary without notice and, where applicable, use our discretion to make any final decision on matters between us.

Order adjustment/cancellation

After completing the checkout of your order, you can contact us at [email protected] within 6 hours to adjust its information. If you do not make any changes to your order within 6 hours, the order will be sent to production and you will have to waive your right to adjust order details or cancel your order.

– The design of personalized items cannot be adjusted after the order has been successfully completed.

– Discount the quantity of items in the order and the product type of the order, you cannot change the color and/or size of the ordered item, unless the change will cause any fluctuation in the price of the final item.

– The quantity of items in a discount order and the product type of the order cannot be changed. If you need these changes, please contact us to cancel your order and you can then place a new revised order.

* Please note that if you cancel an order within 6 hours of placing the order, you will be responsible for the full payment as it is non-refundable.

Customers can contact their carrier (ie USPS/UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc.) for exact details on delivery, including GPS location.

We want you to be satisfied with the service we provide. Don't worry if your product is defective or not as described. Just email us at [email protected] and we will replace or refund you.

Any unsuccessful deliveries due to customer wrong delivery address or customer not present, any product loss due to safety of customer living quarters (as long as the carrier confirms the order has been delivered) will not be eligible for return and will be refunded. If you refuse to receive it, we will not issue a refund.

Any dissatisfaction related to garment size and/or color is not eligible for refund or exchange. Please make sure to check the size chart on our product page or your order confirmation email within the first 6 hours of completing your purchase.

1. Orders placed by customers within 24 hours can be canceled and refunded.

2. Orders placed by customers more than 24 hours and less than 120 hours cannot be canceled and refunded.

3. The customer can cancel the refund if the order is not delivered within 120 hours

Due to hygienic reasons and because our products are custom made, we will not exchange or refund unless there is a major issue with the item you received.

* If your order has the following problems, we will fully refund your receipt (handling fee + shipping fee) or give you a replacement.

1. Your order will be submitted for exchange or refund if:

Your order did not arrive at your shipping address within 45 business days of placing the order. However, please note that late delivery claims made after 60 business days from the original date of order will be rejected.

According to our policy, within 7 days after you receive the item, you can request a refund or exchange under the following circumstances:


· Shipping damage: tearing, stretching.

· The size or color of the product is not as described.

· Other errors caused by our production. When encountering these unfortunate events, please email us the problem (including actual product pictures and labels as proof) so that refund or return requests can be supported promptly. We encourage you to receive a new replacement for your defective product, and you don't even need to return the defective product to us.

There is a quality problem with your order. Please note that any claims related to quality issues or garment defects must be made within 7 working days of receipt with clear evidence of the following complete:

· Photos of quality issues and any damaged parts of the actual product received;

· Photos of inaccurate products delivered (if the color/design of the original order was incorrect);

· A photo of the size label and the entire item when measured using a ruler (in case the original order size was incorrect);

· A photo of the original shipping label of the product received.

You can email these proofs to support: [email protected] Customer Service will receive and process your case. Our customer service will help provide a replacement or refund if deemed appropriate.

2. After double checking your order, if we confirm by email that you are eligible for a full refund, your refund will be processed by our in-house team within 7 working days of refund confirmation. Within the next 24 hours (from when we receive the email/SMS requesting to cancel the customer order), our customer service department will confirm the details of the order in your email and we will fully refund within 48 hours After the refund, follow the return policy of the payment gateway that Fashion North is integrating. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.

There is no need to return your item under any circumstances. Items purchased from Fashion north are custom-made and printed just for you. Returns cannot be offered unless the item is defective. Please note that if you return an item without our request, we will not be responsible for any losses or additional costs incurred as a result of your unapproved return. Therefore, if you have any questions about your order, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 working days of order delivery to explain your dissatisfaction. Our customer service will help provide a replacement or refund if deemed appropriate.

If the problem is serious, we may, at our option within a reasonable time, replace the item or refund you. In this case, the product can be disposed of by the customer.

· We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products purchased during sales or any promotions.

· You will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item.

· When we have checked that your item complies with all conditions of our refund policy, we will promptly refund or send a replacement. You do not need to return your item. The time to receive your replacement item is the same as when a new product was shipped.


1. You must provide upon request all information and/or documents related to the order you placed with our store. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your customer account if you fail to provide the requested information and/or documentation, or if the information you provide is inaccurate or fraudulent.

2. We will not be liable for any damages, claims, liabilities, costs, injuries, inconveniences, business interruptions or expenses of any kind arising out of or in connection with any used or stored product purchased from our store.

3. When you submit your purchase, the risk of loss of your order passes from our store to you/your party once your order is delivered to the carrier. You assume all responsibility and risk associated with the third party shipment of your order.

4. We are not responsible for any loss or failure of shipment delivery due to the absence of the recipient, incorrect or insufficient address, package rejection, so please make sure your information is correct before checkout. After the order is completed, if you find any errors in the order confirmation, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible for timely support.
